Satellite A665 Toshiba Laptop Wifi Problem – Wifi keeps turning off every 5 seconds?

It has Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and under the Device Manager – Network Adapters the driver is called Realtek RTL8188CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC. I tried adjusting many settings completely turned off all power save settings uninstalled and reinstalled the driver to it’s most updated one.

Problem: When I connect to the Wifi it will work but then the internet will suddenly stop working. I tested another different Toshiba laptop and 2 other Dell laptops and they work perfectly fine and do not have this problem. I disconnect and reconnect and the internet will work for a minute but then suddenly the internet will turn off. It is almost like the wifi card is connected to the router but somehow the NIC card decides hey I am going to disconnect the internet to save power. The only reason why I know this can’t just be a power save setting is because the way it messes up is extremely random yet consistent and I turned the power save settings off for wifi.

Any suggestions? I am about to take it apart and see if maybe I can just order an expensive wifi card to install myself.

As a final note the problem still occurs whether it is run off battery or plugged in.
