I wouldn’t waste a PCI-E slot on a wireless networking card to begin with. The board has 2 PCI slots also. If you MUST have wireless, get a PCI card. Keep in mind, you WILL lose internet speed on a wireless home network. Get wired if at all possible.
EDIT: And do NOT buy a USB wifi dongle as a REAL technician would tell you they have NOWHERE near the range of a card unless you buy one with an external antenna.

yes you should be able to, otherwise just purchase a USB Wifi adapter. Wifi N is much faster than a lot of wired connections, and if you buy a descent USB adapter range shouldn’t be an issue aka buy the $20 model not the $2 one.

Here’s a link to a good PCI express adapter for $29 (a little more than you said but worth it) I’ve put this model in several PC builds of mine and they’ve never failed, hope this helps.
